overclocking giving weird error

Hey guys,

I'm getting this error:
http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c3..._above_300.jpg
(Image isn't mine, I found it but it's the same, except it says 333mhz)

Motherboard is MSI P6N platinum
My processor is E6750, right now the FSB is at 1500, memory at 800mhz (should this be lower, I don't understand this part, I see some people at 500mhz or something)
, and the ratio is 8 (it won't let me make it 9 for some reason).
System is at 3.0 ghz, but my FSX benchmarks don't show any improvement, in a few cases, a decrease in performance.
I'm assuming it's because of that message.

But I can't figure out what the problem is.
I didn't change anything with the voltages, not sure if I'm supposed to. I ran Orthos for about a half an hour, no problems with that or in FSX.
Temp is 33deg stable, not much change from before OC. I want push it to 3.2 mhz maybe.

Thanks guys, I'm stumped.
And I have the latest BIOS version (just updated now)

How? Just hitting the reset?
I tried that after I flashed the update. I'll try again later on though.
