This is a manual for adjusting the Gunning Transceiver Logic

Well, actually it can't be done much with the DK when comparing it with the LP version

So... Higher is better?

And, i dont quite understand the tables. Please tell what the settings for the GTL REF's should be at 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 please.

Thanks!
Nope, higher is not obviously better.

You need to find the correct ratio between the GTLs.

The default settings for the GTLs are:

With these settings it needs me a Vcore of 1.40v to boot @ 4.00GHz, adjusting the GTLs allowed me to drop the Vcore to 1.30v.

It was Prime stable now for more than 48hrs. with the following settings:

GTL / Voltage settings @ 3600MHz (9x 400MHz) Vcore @ 1.200v

GTL / Voltage settings @ 4000MHz (10x 400MHz) Vcore @ 1.310v

Use coretemp for your temps. 18c is cooler than your ambients of 68f and that's impossible no matter how enormous of a cooler you have.

Nice build.

Only a Bugatti Veyron? I have a Ariel Atom. Best car in the world.

On topic, that is some sick results and clocks for that chip, and you arent even close to thermal specs. That's awesome. It will be a while before I go to a newer cpu, my q66 will last me a while anyways.
