I think 8800 GTS SLI can get much higher than that. I'm running single 8800 GTS and I got 12618 (everything on stock setting).

That does seem odd and its definitely low. I get that with stock 88GTS and 3.20 GHz on my setup.

Does vista make that much differance? I can hit 15+ with one card with a 3.0 OC.

Actually that seems right from my experience. It is your CPU that is limiting your GPUs. At a 2.625 Overclock I get 12177 at 2.73 I get 12400 and at 2.8 12737. Just a little MHz difference in the CPU seems to make a huge difference in the score, when running SLI. SLI causes extra work on the CPU to make it work. An example is my CSS frame rate actually dropped from 225 to 222, when I went SLI. However, on COD4 I can actually run 1920 by 1200 now and I wasn't able to prior to SLI.
