BFG, EVGA, XFX, etc all get their drivers from nVidia.

Other groups such as X-treme G and Omega tweak theirs although I have yet to see any noticeable performance gain from any of these when compared to nVidia's official drivers.

Test results

Use the ones that will allow you to do what you want while keeping your system stable.
