Go for a corsair Vx550 instead of the thermaltake. It is alot better and has plenty of amps on the 12v. Even the Vx450 would be enough. Heres links

Your system looks good but the HDD is really small.
may be change to this cooler save $10
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835233001

then get this WD2500AAJS?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...Tpk=wd2500aajs

TT500W at $59 is a pretty decent deal, I wouldn't really spend more money get the Corsair, I doubt you gonna see any difference at all.

That PSU is a bit low in current, I'd be nervous to use it. The Antec earthwatts 500W has more amps and is higher quality (made by Seasonic). It's only $65 atm, comes with a 3 year warranty, and has a much better efficiency than the Thermaltake.

You can also get the Corsair 550VX for $85 on buy.com with a $20 MIR that brings it to $65. The 550VX is also made by Seasonic, has a 5 year warranty, 80plus efficiency, and 41amps on a single rail.

I second the G.Skill over the A-Data. I assume he has a 64-bit operating system to take advantage of the 4GB of memory?

And I also recommend the P35 over the P31. The Abit IP35-E is used by a lot of us with good results. $60 after a $30 MIR.

Here is mine

http://secure.newegg.com/NewVersion/...Number=4859845

E2180
DFI P35 (supports raid)
8800 GT
Tuniq Tower 120
WD 320 gig AAKS sata
Xclio 500 watt psu

Add a 20" Acer Widescreen monitor for $200
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009108

So from your original build you get:
Double the HD and the faster aaks model
20" vs 19" monitor
MUCH better cpu cooler

and you lose 2 gigs of ram (which you won't notice unless you're using a x64 bit os to begin with)

Here you go. So many people asked for this I made a screenshot.

Yes, but you never mentioned the cost of those upgrade. Its like saying, from your original build, you can get 3 8800Ultra in tri-sli and a QX9770 without mentioning the cost...
