Microsoft is offering unlimited installation and compatibility support for Vista SP1 at no charge until March 18, 2009.

Wow, finally standing behind their products. Who would have thought?

I think this just goes to show how well vista is doing on the market... Maybe not here on OCN, but out there.

MS has always stood behind their products. Even going back to Windows 3.11, you got at least a few free support calls.

"I don't know why Vista has gotten such a bad rap, maybe it was because I was a later adopter (Sept.2007) but I have had no problems with Windows Vista."

"I actually like it. The interface is sharp, I always use that little search bar in the star menu, and also I like DirectX 10. It isn't as snappy as XP, but I'm sure I could do some tweaks or add more RAM to my system. Oh, also the flip 3d makes alt+tab EXTREME! Like, you know, to the max!"
