I don't know that that is. Can you link me? A new egg search yielded nothing.

the P5N-E SLI is really the perfect board for what you want to do...i had mine at 462 fsb at one point with an 8x multiplier to give me 3.7G, so your 2180 with a 9x multi will be fine...also, there is no bottleneck with 8x bandwith per card.

Ok. That settles it. now 3 of you have come to me and said that P5N was the way to go.

I'll do that with like a 2180 or 2160/2140 or something. Thanks SO much everyone. I may PM some of you guys since you actually own the boards when it comes to OCing that CPU.

EDIT:
HA! The P5N comes with the SLI Bridge! I didn't see that! The deal is SEALED!

At that price point I couldn't find any other boards that had similar capabilities and have never seen reviews of a P5N-E SLi so couldn't recommend it.

And yeah, a E2xx processor should decimate an X2 twice over then once again.

X2 4200+ @ 2.7 Ghz = 2100 CPU Score

E2160 @ 3.2 Ghz = 2700 CPU Score

I paid a lot more for my X2 as well and it have water cooling

EDIT: Also, check these charts.

That was 470 FSB. More than enough for an E2180 with a 10x multi
