Need help spec'ing out new PC

post #1 of 2
Thread Starter
so I recently had my old AGP card die on me and I'm looking to buy a new Cpu, Videocard, Motherboard, Ram from newegg.com for under 1000$. Any way ive been looking at all the new X2s from Nvidia but their a bit pricey. I'd buy a dual cpu video card if its worth it, but im looking for somthing around maybe aroun 700$. Im really looking into getting into Dx10 Gaming(crysis) so is it worth it for a dualcore card or should i get 1 powerful card, or maby 2 weaker cards. Anyway you guys know better then i do so can someone help me spec out my pc.

One powerful GFX card is better than two weak cards in SLi or Crossfire configuration

Rig recommendations:

Total= $891.89
