OK. I still only have the stock cooling on my CPU but I'd like to start smallll and shouldnt need it right away? How do I begin? I've been looking around the site for a guide of some sort I can read over.

Advanced BIOS Features
CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) Disable
CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM2) Disable
CPU EIST Function (Note) Disable

MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)
CPU Host Clock Control Enabled
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) 100
System Memory Multiplier @ 2.0 or 2.5

System Voltage Control
DDR2 OverVoltage Control: +.03v (default is 1.8v)
PCI-E OverVoltage Control [Normal]
FSB OverVoltage Control +0.2v
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control +0.2v

this is just to get started. then you can slowly bump up your CPU Host Frequency little by little. after your not stable from bumping up your fsb, your going to have to bump up your CPU Voltage Control. download coretemp and keep an eye on your temps!

wheew ok...

-I wont have to mess with my ram at all???

-CPU host frequency = fsb?

-When I bump up CPU voltage is it a good idea to go in increments of .03 like you noted above?

-What is FSB and MCH overvoltage?

- Which of these adjusts the fsb?

Take it slow. Search the forums and read. Don't just jump into increasing voltages and stuff.
