your shader clock might be too high. you can get it down to 1850 it should show 1836 in the monitor.

you might up the memory clock to 1050

Kornowski,

You want a silent PC and and super overclocked graphic card. It ain't gonna happen. You said anything over 60% is too loud. So if you use 60% as your max fan speed, you might be stuck with just anything below 740/1850/1030 setting. Don't expect it to run stable at 800/1900/1070 or alike.

If you can get 740/1850/1030 stable, it's still good overclock

I put the fan up to 70% and I was getting 52c on load, compared to the 60% which would get 56c on load... I don't know, I don't think I'd go any higher on the fan speed.

What settings do you suggest I try out?

Rivatuner man. You can pull a good 10fps in something like COD4 or something, depending on your overclocks. Try to get the core to 800, shaders to 1800, and memory to 2200. That's a pretty good overclock for an 8800GTS G92. Also set your fans to 52...yes, 52. That's the point where they change from barely audible to audible. Then again, i'm running SLI Good luck!

I haven't been stable with the OC's I've had, I have the fan at 60%.
Look at the screenshot on the previous page, it wasn't stable at that...

Any ideas, good settings, anything? Thanks!

56c load is nothing, I get up to 72c load, perfectly stable. GPUs handle the temps really well

Ok... So what do you think could be the problem?

People are saying temps, other's aren't...
