Really? I have never had any heat issues with my PS3. I remember a story were it burned someones house down lol Whether it was true or not I'm not sure. But even with hours of play it is still only warm air coming out and the case isn't even warm to the touch never mind hot.

Precisely, i don't see why people would think PS3 is the best you can get. A dedicated blu-ray player will always be better. Simply because it is purpose built and dedicated to the job.
But even so, this only states a few flaws. And none certainly enough to you guys off.
I wouldn't worry about it personally. but then i have yet to purchase a blu-ray movie to watch on my PS3.
