ive just bought a NVIDIA 7300GT 7300 GT 512MB AGP 8x graphics card paid 46 beans for it can anyone tell me if its any good

Poor question to be asking after you bought it but at least you aren't out a lot of money. I think you'll run into the fact that this card doesn't have high enough clock speeds to make use of that extra memory.

I think it will pretty much be on par with an X1600Pro that I used to have.

A good, low to average use gaming card.

i think you overestimate the 7300's.. they were pretty unimpressive, though they were able to overclock surprisingly decently for super cheap cards. Give it a whirl in RivaTuner

The 7300GT will not play Resident Evil 4. I have a 7300GS in my Other rig just to run vista.
