I have the onboard HD audio enabled in the BIOS and I also installed the driver from the CD but my computer isn't detecting any audio devices. I really need to get my audio to work so I can get my gaming fix on!

did you try installing the UAA bus after you uninatalled everything to do with audio, I have had the same problem and gone through all the troubleshooting steps and it was just a bad motherboard and i had to rma it twice in order to get it to work

No, I haven't tried that yet but I'll give it a try and report back.

Do I download the UAA from Realtek's website? Which ones am I supposed to download:

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;835221

I know for a fact that the onboard audio is working because I got it to work on the Ubuntu LiveCD. Ironic isn't it?
