i want to build a gaming rig for around 1500-$1700( including everything :key board, mouse, monirtor, case ...) I don't know what to start with, so can you guys please help me out ? i'm really appriciate that.

They are exclusive to Best Buy only. Some carry them for 72 bucks, others for 48, others for 110. You have to get lucky.

Even at 110 it's a steal, since its a rebranded Lian-Li A71 that goes for like 250.

That kind of money will get you more than a budget build. It'll build a very respectable rig.

Change the HSF to a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme.
Also change the ram to a 2x 2gb set of G.Skill. Ballistix have started sucking big time.

Try to fit in a 22 inch monitor. 22 and 24 are more widely used these days.
