Meh, the Apogee GTX or Dtek FuZion are generally regarded as the "best" cpu blocks that us normal folk can get our hands on.

Dtek FuZion - 61.99$
Apogee GTX 75.96$ (A little expensive...)

I would recommend the Apogee GT over the GTX any day unless you have the cash to spend on the copper top for the GTX. If you leave it the way it is, it will corrode like a motherfudger. I would say get the fuzion. That and a BIX360 should be more than enough to get you to your 4.4ghz goal.

The Apogee GTX will at least point him in the right direction. With watercooling-hell, with any computer hardware, more expensive is not always better (it rarely is).

Since you are still running a mostly Thermaltake system, I would recommend looking into upgrading the pump some time soon as well.
