Do they use these cards when developing their games? If so, why not just use hardware that the public uses as well?

Love how these discussions never end in a justification of the price and functionality of these type of cards.

This card is so old. How is this news? I have one of these at work. NOT worth the price. The only reason I have one is because my company would not let me build my work PC so we went with Dell and this was the best card they offered. Not even remotely worth it (even in CAD apps).

all you have to do is get the bios for it, flash a 8800GT to that bios and there you go, you got a 3700 FX
