Well I am really thinking WCing. My idle temps for my E6420 with my BT and a 78CFM thunderblade is around 40C while folding. Temps get up to around 60C while gaming. My GPU on the other hand is idle on 65C unless I put it to 65% fan, then it sets at around 54C idle. Load the GPU gets to about 75C.....

Go for a water cooling system. You have a decent rig there. WC is always a good invesment. And wait for e8400's to drop price and get one in near future.

Dude seriously that board i snatched off of you and i put my quad in it and Oc'd to 3.0ghz runs like Crazy. DO IT.... get a Q6600 for 179.99

it will blow away your tiny c2d and get you ready for when games utilize Quad cores

I got mine at microcenter... and all of them appear to be Go stepping.

It's hella worth it dude.
My dad can't even tell he has 1k viruses anymore its so fast it basically runs over them lol

E8400 is just about $200, only just overpriced. Get that and you won't need wc'ing as its 45nm and should be good for 4.0GHz 24/7.
