all that means is that your o/c isn't stable. try to bump up your vcore a notch or 2. then run test again.

edit: ah, i didn't see that vcore already. you might have to downclock that cpu to get it stable. i think your volts are already too high.

Yup, I found the same thing out when I got these kind of errors with Prime 95 when OCing my quad to 3.4. At first I thought it was NB voltage but raising it didn't help. When I raised CPU voltage a little, bingo, that did it.

EDIT: Wait, he's already using 1.62V. Raising it more than that could be risky.

Yea it has been raised, I was running call of duty 2 and orthos at the same time when orthos error'd on me.

Ima run orthos by itself tonight see how long it runs.

I ran memtest 86 newest version and it completed passes with no errors.

no errors with 3dmark.

I just finished playing crysis for about 2 in a half hours or so and no crashes or anything.

Maybe the ram timings are a problem. 4-4-4-8 1T could too low. Even if Memetest doesn't show any problems, you could still get errors when running a program like Prime or Orthos because everything is being pushed harder.

I have to say though, that voltage does seem kinda high for a P4 630.

Nice going But you're way above safe voltage range and your temps are above safe thermal specs. When you got the errors the first time you also were running a game as well. That's a good test to find out if everything is stable.
