ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i - Any good?

Hey all,

Well after receiving a Gigabyte P35 board from Ebay, which I knew had a dodgy NB heatsink, turns out its completely dead. Suffering from the infinite rebooting cycle, it won't even POST at all. Only spinning fans

Anyway...

Therefore it is time to get a good new motherboard I have stumbled across the ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i which I have found on Ebuyer Link

I can't find many reviews at all on this particular board, although there are a few reviews with the MSI variant.

What is the 750i chipset like? I'm not very familiar with the nforce stuff. I do like the un-linkable RAM clocks though. Nifty stuff.

I want to get better overclocks and use my full 4GB of RAM. I can only use up to 2GB with this crappy P31 chipset I have at the moment.

Many Thanks

I have a job as a professional computer engineer you douche. People like yourself aren't very welcome here.

Did you go onto Newegg by any chance and pick all the most expensive stuff you could find? Go back to school.

Well after reading bad things about Asus + Nforce, I have decided to stick with a P35.

I have ordered a MSI P35 Neo2-FR iP35 from Ebuyer for £67.
