you cant. most laptops wont let you oc. there is only 1 way and that is software.
but it is not reccommemded to , due to the extra heat being release from the components will kill it quickly.

Ihave two DDR-2 Laptop RAM,,,with same 667 FSB,,,but one is of 1GB and another is of 512 mb but its only taking one at a time and that is 1 GB its not showing 512mb of ram
