Check in the BIOS.. of google around and see if other users have had similar issues and read up on their fix's.

Set the pci and pci-e settings to async then manually set them to 33 and 100

If its anything like my old asrock board it should be on the overclocking options page (you will have to set overclocking mode to manual first
