Yes, and doing so through the BIOS should never be done unless you already know what you're doing and know the card can handle the overclock. Otherwise, you're up **** creek when you give it too much juice and your card burns out on you or you have to use a different card to flash the one you just messed up, assuming it can be fixed.

And that article is wrong. You don't have to go into the BIOS to change your shader clock. This can be done in RivaTuner. Just uncheck "Link clocks" and the Core/Shader can be adjusted separately.

Again, modding the BIOS is NOT recommended unless you know 100% wth you're doing.
