See post #93 for cpu information. Regarding the score, it is 216. The negative percentage refers to the reference system. I will look into this when I get a chance.

You should run smartclose. Then open up task manager and stop all un-necessary services. Disable all visual themes . Open up the benchmark window Then kill explorer.exe using task manager then run whatever benchie it is. I usually see a big difference in most benchies (e.g 3dmark etc)
I havent tried a defrag yet though.

Lins: I'm just about to run the encoding test with temp monitor - see how hot it gets

Thanks. I would like to know that. In my case, It was up almost 22c.

Hi,
Just done the test with HWMonitor running as requested. I idle around 47*C and highest at load during the test I got 70*C. These temps are assuming the Tj.Max is 100*C (i.e. with 15*C added). The highest I've ever had my processor loaded at is 73*C (Orthos), so its a pretty stressful test. Thats a delta of 26*C BTW.
