No, I tried my damndest, and the most I could squeeze was 3.5. Granted, I am pretty new to all this, but this is the best I can do.

FWIW though, this thing screams. OCing from 2.66 to 3.5 took me from 11,071 to 13,411 3dMark06s.

I installed SP1 in about 15 minutes when microsoft said "this may take 1-2 hours". I couldnt be happier.

Temps do run a bit high, but I think it might be because I didn't seat the cooler well enough.

I have heard IP35 is much much better to clock with than Nforce that you have. so i could be easier for me than you.

I have Zalman CNPS9500LED.
But is it possible to get Q9450 at 4Ghz with IP35 pro?

4 GHz is "VERY" hard unless you have a Core 2 Extreme processor with a unlocked multi . But forget about it unless you have water cooling.

Not true with the 680i A1 and 780i series of boards.

As for the question about OCing the Q9450, the problem is with the x8 multi.
