How do you know when it's time to increase NB/SB voltage?

???

When you can't seem to get a stable OC with any voltage increases?

And what are safe voltages to set for the 780i north/south bridges?

Thanks in advance

I'll mess with them after getting my OC stable from Vcore. Then I'll back down the vcore and mess with the other voltages. Or, sometimes I'll get my system "kind of" stable from the vcore, then up the others to put me over the top. Just kind of play with them within a fairly safe limit.

Edit: "Kind of" Stable means maybe for 20 minutes or so under load.
