Q6600 @ 3.4GHz
TEC Heatsink at ~50-60w
P5N32-E
8800GT with 1.1v BIOS vMod at 750/1900/2000
3 SATA HDD's
~10 fans (80mm, 120mm, 140mm)

Should I be looking for a new PSU?

I think you'll probably be fine, but a nice PCP&C 610 for $110 would be a good upgrade.

Quick Q first..What is the TEC HS for? Not the Q4 I hope...

500-650W is plenty. I was running my sigd rig off of a 550W PSU with no issues.

I think that that low a rating of TEC-HSF will be pretty much useless for a quad. U'd be better off getting rid of the TEC-HSF and for around the same money get a TRUE and a decent 120mm fan. if you do that a 650w PSU would probably be more than enough. I bought a thermaltake 750W modular on sale a while ago and it's been running great, so that'd be my personal recommendation...

A 60W TEC will burn up your CPU, as it produces more heat at idle than your TEC is capable of dissipating. You are going to need around 200W-300W of cooling for a OC'd Q4. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

when ever in doubt, use the wattage calculator at newegg. it gives you a rough estimate on what you'll need.http://educations.newegg.com/tool/psucalc/index.html

Exactly, that's why I said an upgrade would be beneficial. You don't want to trust your components to a $40 PSU. Believe me.
