Help me choose please ...

Hey guys, It's come that time to upgrade another component in my system. Its the PSU this time. It seems as though my CPU vcore is fluctuating a bit more than normal ever since I put in the new Nvidia 6800, so Im choosing between these two. Can anyone tell me the diffrence besides color and price ?? Thxs !!

The overload protection on the first one is higher, and the price is alot nicer than the 2nd one...hmmm

I compared them, and their ratings, and they are identical as far as power goes.

I say first link!

I like the second because it has two seperate 12v out, Plug one into your video card.

I would have to say id vote the first link being that its showing a 3 year warranty. Also the secong link i noticed in the posts about not having enough power supply connectors so i would be a bit skeptical about buying that just because of the posts on it just my 2 cents worth happy hunting. O also its cheaper

retail just means its boxed up for store shelves.

OEM just means its wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap and has no acessories.

Ok guys, I ended up getting the one in the first link at a local store, and let me tell you .. this thing is NICE !! Very well built (heavy as a mofo), and superb silence. I checked between the two and the only diffrence is the 10% overload addition. Not worth the extra $25 for me. I'll be checking up on vcore fluctuation etc, and then let you all know how it goes. WOOT, I love getting new hardware....

Damn, I am a freeking geek. LMAO

P.S- It turns out it also has a second seperate 12V output that I did use for my video card. So I did take your advice into concideration Crash.
