1: My motherboard is brand new/ just got it today and it doesn't have any burn marks
2: to TaiDinh : dunno if my CPU works cuz couldn't get it started even at POST (monitor says no signal detected)

Skullzaflare isn't able to login OCN, but I told him about your problem. He believe it's a possible oxidation. Try getting a needle and scratch it off or something.

And for the heck of it, look at your motherboard. Near your RAM slots, you should see a circular silver battery. That battery saves your BIOS configurations and such. Remove that battery and let your motherboard sit without it for 10 minutes. Put back in the battery and see if you're able to post with your CPU.

Other than that, I have no idea.

yes my CPU has worked before with P5N E SLI but i Rma'ed cuz i want more powerful oc board and finally it doesn't even POST with this ( no signal detected ).

10 minutes?! That's overkill. It'll be alright in about 1 minute. (Unplug the computer as well)

I had something build up on my cpu once. I took a old soft toothbrush and just brushed it off and it fired right back up just fine.
