I am not sure but I think it took 1.56v CPU voltage and 1.54 CPU PLL voltage to get my Q6700 stable at 3.7Ghz on a ASUS Maximus. I was stable at 3.6Ghz with 1.45v but 3.7 took allot more to make it stable. The most I have been able to push it so far is 3.87Ghz but it took allot of v to do it (1.7v) and I hit 81c when running 3DMark06 so I stooped the benchmark, and I am liquid cooled. Watch your temps if you get it running at 3.7Ghz it will probably be pretty hot on air. I did bench it at 3.85Ghz and the temps reached 71c during the CPU test and I have not run prime 95 to see how stable it is.

What was you voltage in Speedfan? Is PLL the same as GTL? GTL is a +millvolt thing.

This may help I dont use speedfan. PLL is a voltage controller that tryes to keep you voltage constant. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PLL
