Yea, it looks like most of those top guys on that site are using LN or water to achieve their speeds. A 4200+ at 3.8 would be impressive. I did notices that he had a 4000+ running at 3.1. But, who knows if these speeds are stable. Maybe only stable enough to get a screen shot and then power down.

For those who cant get over 2.7 with a 4400+ odds are you have the Toledo which has smaller catches...

3.8 on a Athlon 64 4200+ X2 Brisbane

that sounds like a bit much..

i have my Toledo at 2780.mgz

more than half way thru occt right now. ill post it soon

Jerky you did notice that the thread you just bumped is well over a year old correct? How many pages back were you going in hopes of finding a topic to be helpful on?

Cool, fresh air is bought in via palm leaves then pressure is added via the coconut clapper, the air is then forced through narrow shoots of bambo where the air meets the CPU Heatsink and cools efficiently

Some of these Brisbanes OC very well, but you need the right stepping. My 4400+ did 4128Mhz easily at ~0c or something. Should be capable of at least 3.9 on water, unless it scales better with temps than all other chips I've owned.

There is no way in the world you can get past 3.2 on stock cooling, I have a A64X2 4200+ that I used for half a year, and I never got it past 3.0 stable, it would require crazy voltage and DICE or Liquid Nitrogen to do that, I am guessing you have neither

not true at all. I had a brisbane BE-2400 that I got to 3.15ghz stable, and if I wanted to push more voltage, I was able to just barely get 3.22ghz stable but I felt the extra heat for the minimal extra mhz wasn't worth it.

some chips clock better than others
