Your temps go up as Volts go up..you do not neet to go up on volts until you start to go up on FSB....Learn your Bios first...

your fsb is your CPU Host Frequency. as you bump this up, you bump up your cpu speed. you will see what speed your running at, right above it. set it to 3.0, you should be able to get to 3.0 without having to change your stock voltage much.

NVM Gibson sorry if youa lready did it. I did what you said on rasing the FSB untill it reaches 3.0GHz and its at 333 FSB. On core temp it says my 4 temps are 40, 35, 34, 38 but that is only browsing the internet and not playing a game. is that good? Is this going to be stable? Would I be able to go to 3.2 GHz and whats the highest I could go? Last question is what temp is considered hot?

ok, first off you have to disable all of these in the Advanced BIOS Features.
CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) Disable
CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM2) Disable
CPU EIST Function (Note) Disable

then go into your MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)

you want to enable CPU Host Clock Control (this is your fsb)

on your CPU Host Frequency set it to 333

set your PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) to 100

set your System Memory Multiplier (SPD) to 2.4

now on your System Voltage Control set it to auto. (this is just for now, since your struggling) we will go and manually adjust these later.

now your going to see a flashing red statement on the right hand side, telling you to switch your graphics thing(i forgot what its called) to standard, its probably on turbo. switch this to standard. now if you leave your volts on auto, and follow my steps, you should be able to boot up at 3.0. try it out and post back!

edit: your killin me here!!

ok, those temps aren't bad. what you need to do is download prime95, and run the small fft stress test. this is where you see if your o/c is stable. as long as your temps stay below 72c on the cores, your fine! dont be alarmed, your temps are going to shoot up anywhere from 15c to 20c on a stress test. let that run for 30 min. if you get an error, your o/c isn't stable and you need more volts to your cpu. you let prime run for atleast 12 hours before you have a rock solid o/c!

yeah, that would be fine, thats why i said for 30 minutes. if it passes for 30 min, then you can do the 12 hour test while you sleep! have you been running prime, and if so, how long?
