the ocz xtc cooler is nice. here's mine

The scythe ultra kazes are good too since they are 38mm and push a good amount of air at a decent sound level and maintain good pressure.
you have a blurry face too?
Did you paint the OCZ? I kinda prefer it in silver for matching the case. Thats why I also picked the CoolIT one.

I would say Thermaltake Duorb for each of those 8800GT's.

Then pick-up a nice Digital Multi meter, and a 1k ohm, 15 turn Variable resitor so you can volt mod your cards.

Ok ok the DMM/ volt mod is a strech, but the Duob would be a good idea.

Actually come to think of it, two EVGA Akimbo coolers would be great for you, they would draw air out of the case, something it seems you need.

Also, consider a fan controller, and 106 CFM (120mm) panaflo's (or undervolt them), without a volt mod, or fan controller they can be pretty noisy trust me (I have 4 fully unleashed pana's). Since you have nothing but 25mm fans, the pana's (38mm) would probably do much better than the 140mm fan you talked about.

Either way those are moving out for the new upgrades

I dont think ill volt mod my cards for more heat lol although VGA cooling i hadnt thought of..HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Id probably go for the sexiests VGA cooler since the temps are already low thanks to the 2 90mms

will look into the Akimbo, thanks

I held off on suggesting the thermalrights as they are pretty massive. The Duorbs would fit better.
