Maybe 40% of college students are taking Liberal Arts/English (AKA Majoring in "Would you like fries with that?")?

My school is very tech oriented so we have way more than the average share of linux users, but I'd say that linux/osx represents at least 1/3 of the students on campus, not quite 1/2 tho. There's a whole world of computers outside of games

Macs are fine; they're just different. And making a ridiculous profit margin on their hardware. And they have less software compatibility than Linux.

I see a decent minority of users with laptops here have Macs. I'm content with my desktop, and if I got a laptop, it'd be Dell Linux.

i know no one at my college that uses a mac...in fact i just found out that the whole college wants to migrate to vista now. the reason being that "we're a tech college and dont have the latest software"
