GX2 and SLI Question - Page 2

There is an option to disable SLI on a single GX2, I am looking at the option screen right now. So to answer your question, yes you can disable SLI if there is a particular game that has issues with it, you won't be stuck with SLI forced on and not be able to play the game.

There is "multi display mode" which will unlink the 2 cards so no SLI and will let you run different things on 2 monitors.

And "multi GPU mode" which is SLI enabled.

I don't have 2 monitors hooked up, but normally, SLI is enabled by the drivers if the app has a profile.

I'm confused so what do you do if the game doesn't like SLI and glitches?
Set single gpu mode in control panel.

Single gpu would disable SLI.
I would guess that multi display mode would unlink the cards until an app enabled SLI at which time one of the monitors would go blank.
Now the question is, would single gpu disable the second gpu on the same card?
