I just noticed a wierd pixel on my monitor... when the screen is white or grey, the pixel is like a cyan color... and when my screen is red, it is black... but the pixel is fine when it is green or blue. It it dead or what?

Try flicking the pixel (I mean physically, with your finger), that can sometimes fix dead pixels. Else you could try some software fixes, not sure if they really work that great though, Link

I had already been trying the software... and no luck there. The flicking didn't really get me anywhere as well.
