Im thinking you might MIGHT have gotten faulty pumps? After all that youve done thats the only thing I can see other than what Martin suggested but thats just short of extremely rare.

You happen to have available testing supplies?

Ok I just wake up right now as I was right another day with work... IT RAINED lol... so first thing ill do Ill mess a bit with the pumps... like open a end o reservoir the tline close one and other run each pump and see if all of them does the same thing the speeds and all.... then ill go to the hardware store get some voltage tester something like it and then try to remove the t line....

Ill post back on the results on that...

guys, here are some new... I started testing one by one, so I pick the blue one outside (the one after the t line), and started kicking right when I turn it on... so I shake it a little it gave me air bubbles sound, but no air bubbles came out... so I though that air might be inside of it, so i took it off of the rack and give it a try on side ways, shaking it and everything, nothing work it keeps doing the same thing right from start... so I turn it off open the t line cap the water went down about 1/2 inch i close it and turn it on again... and its working so far...

But then Im trying to make this happen again... I turn the other pump the one inside the computer before the t line (also worked) and I opened the t line cap the water splash a bit on my wall lol but then I closed again... so this way I had the same cenario as before right? turn off the one inside the computer and turn the onther one on thinking that the same kicking will happen, but it didnt...

both are working now on the blue line but i want to know the cause of it, because if its happen again I know how to fix this...

I just want to update some news... im going to keep messing with it...

now another thing, the sound of air buble inside of it its gone...

You were just getting some kind of weird little air lock or water lock because of the configuration, if that blue coolant was real viscous or thick that might of been part of the problem to...You already know what to do to fix it, just what you did......

Next time you tear it down you might want to just put those t-lines somewhere after the second pump and just use them for drain lines...That is if you can tilt your case around a little if you need to to prime the second pump before you fire it up when you fill it back up....With the res on top of your case you should be able to prime them pretty easy..

I'm glad you got it going OK, thats a pain in the neck I know...

I believe everyone is missing the obvious question "what are the temps" if the fluid is not moving would it not be running really hot?

ok sorry missed the part that said you have not powered it on yet. I have the same res I can tell you I see no movement of the fluid when the system is running. I have the same pump as you and it was alitle noisy at first but once all the air was gone I couldn't even hear it running. And by the way I have the same broken res mounts as you.

hum... I dont see the much flow with the blue as I see with the green, but that problem happens in both lines... so I cannot be the coolant i guess...

one problem im having here is with the bay res lol the tubbing is exactly the size to reach it so its no way to pull it out that way no way to reach that opening in there.... lol ill have to make chances to this soon... =]
