2 PSUs If I must, which to pic - Page 2

Please please don't use either of those PSUs. I don't have the time at the moment or the knowledge of PSU prices in Canada, so hopefully someone else can help you. We need a budget and what hardware you are looking to run with it.

edit- Read the OP wrong, if thats all you have for now, I don't think it really matters. Both are crap. But please look into getting a new PSU as soon as possible.

oh dude, I know,
but as I explained, if i must pick one til the date i get the new psu which is better (really have no cash til like a week or 2 from now, and cannot live without computer, cause that will leave me family + work - Entertainment = doesn't work)

EDIT 01 : Ok. add this one into the pick http://www.dantech.ca/en/computer-pa...nfo.php?id=563
i can probably score this from work for a while if it's more acceptable

i think so too except, spec is better then other 2 (my very limited knowledge) on the 12v part it says 25a(or 29a) output I suppose that means it's better power on the 12v then other ones

boss does have coolermasters 500w on the new systems, but it would be kinda pushing it to swap that (plus it's very noticeable)

Well, which ever PSU with that highest amps on the 12v would be best. But then, you can't trust those numbers anyways since they could be overestimated or tested at room temperature (PSUs typically put out less power at higher temperatures). Another place to look for good information about PSUs would be jonnyguru's forums. He's got a few stickies with general PSU information and there's plenty of information and recommendations for different PSUs to be found.

A Coolermaster would be better than what you've got, but I doubt they would like you "borrowing" one .
