Can anyone recommend a low cost alternative to the Harmony Remote?

I just need a remote to control my HDTV(Akai) Surround Sound receiver (Sony) and DVR .(Comcast) Maybe something under 50 bucks. Is it possible?

can this remote turn on pc's, xbox's, an optoma hd65 projector, an amplifier with remote and a lamp connected to an infra red plug thingy??

I guess the pc would have to have some kind of infra red receiver though, if it works for a pc where would I get the receiver

They are preprogrammed for 175K+ devices and continue to update the database. You can also have the Harmony learn from the original remote.

Just Google "PC IR Reciever" and they should cost less than $20.
