Fan Speeds??

Do I need to set fan speeds before a overclock??
ie Set all fans 100% even at idle temps.

No, typically your CPU fan will auto-throttle itself if it gets too hot, or just shut off the PC before any damage. When your done overclocking and decide to stress test, if you run into frequent freezing/blue screens/shut offs then it would be a good idea to manually up the fan speed.

If you overclock your gpu it makes sense to manually raise the fan speeds, which you can do with rivatuner, but for the cpu its unecessary
