Fsb = 400
Multiplier = 9
Dram:Speed = 800 (for now)

Cpu Core Voltage = (anywhere from 1.4v-1.45v probably, depending on your VID
DDR Voltage = Hmmm, lets go with 2.1v

You might not have to mess with the others, but pumping them +.1v won't hurt.

Keep the timings at stock. Once you get a stable CPU overclock, then you can come back and talk about overclocking the memory.

Watch your temperatures.

Core Voltage might be even more...but start from 1.4 as losttsol says and start stress testing. If your RAM is 1066 then use that but make sure you do not overvolt it (set it manually to the voltage recommended by the RAM manufacturer).
Finally your Northbridge voltage should be at around 1.47-1.50.

What is the best motherboard in quality and performance?
-Abit Ip35 pro or Gigabyte P35 DS4.
In spain ,Abit have not tecnical support,only by telephone from belgium.

A great friend of mine has had problems With abit,They do not give solutions
their problems.
Which memory have more performance ?
G.Skill F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ or G.Skill F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ 4GB
Which is your recommendation?

Thank you
