It seems as if people who post these questions already know the answer but are hoping that the forum will side with them and give them the approval to purchase a pre-built system. They know that everyone is going to say build it your self, but they still ask the question. They just want some re-assurance, but will most likely never get it with the exception of a select few.

If this sounds like nonsense I'm a bit drunk....
It sounds like you had a shot of some truth serum. Nice work! I love reading the truth!

"This thread is funny!"

"It is nice to get questions about my posting style. Maybe I should put something in my signature about it."

"But then it might seem like I'm being a dick about it. Sort of like, 'Yea! I post like this because of this reason! Leave me alone! I'm so tired of explaining!'."

"Naw, I won't be like that. I post like this because it makes me stand out a little. Everyone can tell in half a second that this is a Gillos post. Also having the smiley at the start of the sentence allows you to know what the tone of the sentence is before you read it. The quotation marks are just because I imagine it would be the smilies talking, so I am quoting them..."

At this point in the post, I was starting to see the light. I said "hey, check that out. I get to see his emotion for his thought before I read it. Brilliant!", and then I continued reading...

Again. Brilliant. I'm very surprised I didn't think of this. Wow. I wish I did!
