Which CPU volt i have to increase in bios?

I got like 4 different cpu voltage that I can change.... I input 1.45volt on the CPU Voltage in bios and in vista with AI Suite I get 1.3360v , which one is the real one?

It is the vcore or core voltage setting. Tell us what you get under CPU-Z also. I would not rely on programs like AI suite (i have it uninstalled since it could conflict with some good programs). Use CPU-Z for checking various BIOS settings from your desktop, CoreTemp for the most accurate temp-readings of your CPU, Everest for a plethora of components' temps.

cpu-z does not show any temps. I think he was telling you to use core temp to check your temps.
