Good OC for a E4500?

Thread Starter
I had a E4300 which was VERY vcore hungry so I sold it. I got an E4500 for only £10 the difference and its great.

I can get it up to 3GHz on 1.18v (1.15 with vdroop) with 45c temps @ load with stock Intel Cooler. Is that good?

What temp should I consider a limit for my CPU? 60c @ load?
