None of the following bios settings and information I have read from any of these people have been correct for my computer... I have a p5n-d Q6600 Setup why are theirs so different, or are they lying.

I just nailed 15,146 3dmark06 at 3.2GHZ with the following settings
Vcore - 1.4375
Dram - 2.1
HT - 1.5
NB - 1.3
SB - 1.5

The settings for the NB and SB Are alot lower then these people are saying, I will try to hit 1600FSB but Itll take time. Im finding out these settings myself.

The settings I post work for me at least! I tried one you got some time back, and it was not 100% stable. But it is always a little difference you know!

Not sure, Try unplugging your power cord, taken the battery out of the motherboard and let it sit for about 30secs, then hook it back up. Itll reset everything back to defaults then just change it to what you had it as to begin with..

The Problem Thats driven me nuts, When Im gaming im fine, But sometimes ill be sitting back watchen a avi, and alll the graphics on the avi' will glitch all to hell but the background desktop is fine, then when i shutdown it turns to a weird color and freezes up. It never happens when its overclocked but it always happens when i do.
