This is X-FI 2 software which will work on X-FI and Vista.

lol i've been telling ppl about these youpax drivers,they're awesome.

edit: the 2008 suite is out, but xp only for now.

Creative wouldn't sue him. As he isn't asking for donations. Also it is a modify of X-FI 2.

As wolf_08 said, they're not accepting donations, so they're not going to take ANY action.

Put yourself in Creative's place: Wouldn't you be indifferent to this company since they're not going to make any money off it?
