Did I just miss this card, I had never heard of it until a few days ago. Can't find any reviews or anything that say what its performance is.

Tech Level: high - Ownership: less than 1 day
This user purchased this item from Newegg.com

Pros: Looks great on paper. Better then most Nvidia cards even the more expensive ones. Almost as good as the 3870x2 and not as bulky.
Cons: Doesn't work on my computer. Since I went cheap last year and bought a HP instead of building my own computer there are no new chipset drivers for the motherboard that was specifically made for HP. Thanks HP for not updating your stuff.

I love these "tech level high" guys...

I think these cards should come with some C4 wired to the PCI power, because if you're stupid enough to pay $350 for this then you shouldn't deserve to live. Darwinism FTW.

The 2600Xt was an idea that Sapphire came up with. Then when every one laughed at the 2xxx series and ATi moved on to 3xxx, the idea was carried onto the 3870X2.
The 2600XT X2 on newegg is just some surpluss concept cards from ATi(VisionTek keeps the designs all reference). I wouldn't buy it.

Me either, but I thought it was a cool idea. Also thats a nice stock heatsink on there.

ATi lets their resellers do w/e they want with their products. Some turn good some turn bad... But usally it turns out "terrible" cuz after the product releases, 4 months later Sapphire or Visontek or w/e makes their new card and ATi will come out with something new the next month.

wonder how the 3850 x3 is gonna turn up?
Shine right before the Radeon 4000 series or blow after the yearly price drops?
