What are youre voltage settings in the bios?
i need :
cpu vcore
vdimm
north bridge
and fsb strap(if you have it)

My first suggestion would be to switch your cpu voltage to 1.41 since I know that only 3-3.2
is about all youll get a stock voltage, if it does not work also try ram speed to 667 then try a fsb of 340 X10 to see if its your RAM oc thats limiting you since the revision 2.1s
you have use proMOS chips that dont OC very well.

*EDIT*You may also need to bump your
FSB / NB voltage up a bit. some need 1.6 to OC well on that mobo.

and those temps are very high I dont get that high under full load with 1.41V
are you still on stock cooler if so 3.2 is about the best youll get safely imho

u have a high vid, mine is 1.2875. i am able to hit 3.4 but with like 1.475vcore
