Not sure if it would cause the issue but my memory is showing it much slower in the bios?

What is your ambient temp?

Plus I am not sure the thermal paste that comes with the Zalman is all that great...do you have some other good thermal paste? I know everyone will say Arctic Silver 5, but lets be honest there are other good pastes out there.

Wow, seven posts in a row, lol.

I would think to either reseat, or buy some better thermal paste.

I find it odd that you are seeing lower temps in the bios than in windows it should be the other way around. Try coretemp and let us know what that shows

Please excuse my noobness I’m new to this . Once the heat issue is sorted I’m planning on over clocking, but I don’t know what is acceptable to begin with.

The core temps are 43, around 54 under load ambient temp is around 27 give or take, I have also re-seated the Cooler.

Also I have deferent thermal paste being delivered Monday.

how much thermal paste you using too much will kill temps. just use a little dot.
