Confirmed: GeForce 9800GTS core of G92-350

So far, NVIDIA GeForce 9 in the series have been introduced three cards, namely 9600 GT, 9800GX2 only a few days ago and the 9800 GTX. But in today, the 9800 GTS NV of the core code was finally confirmed, it is before the rumors of G92-350.

According to the author said that since the installation of drive, poor test results. In addition, look at the core / shader / memory frequency, and the 8800 GT cards are very similar. Is this 8800 GT is the vest? Let us look at physical, it will bring bad associations

Ey? Is this real? If it is then what are nvidia playing at, also isn't that a low score for 3dmark 05?

It doesn't say what settings it was run at, so the benchmark is meaningless.

Anyway the clocks do look identical to the 8800GT.

Any word on how many SPs are enabled?

So the 9800GTX performs as well as an 8800GTS G92... I wonder how well the 9800GTS, if it even exists, will perform. I think nVidia might be at risk of putting out too many models, confusing the market.

Well people run 3dmark at the same default settings unless otherwise mentioned........I think it would be safe to assume no AA/AF @ 1280x1024.
