Fake, Ram's live on steep hills and eat grass.

I don't see how 32GB costs $16,000 though... [£8,000]

Thats £125 a GB, or $250 a GB, and its only PC5300...

Seems like a MASSSIVE markup because servers have no other choice

looks like XP to me.
I have the same display theme.

woah woah woah, is that a folding @ home taskbar client? Is there one that actually uses 2 cores now? I've only used clients, but I tried a task-bar icon client for a few minutes, but it only used 1 core.

I know this is a horse that has been beaten to a bloody pulp, and you couldn't even do a tooth recognition to check its identity (then again its a horse), but for those who were all clamoring about the nice handwriting, it takes about 15 seconds to look it over and notice that there are 3x "O", 3x "C", and 3x "N" in that whole thing, and each of those letters is exactly the same as the others (and you know what I mean)... so the question remains, considering it took me 15 seconds to look at the (nice) writing and notice that, what's everyone else's problem...? I mean it takes more than 15 seconds to write and post most of the replies saying "nice handwriting"...

But back OT... why do you have to utilize all 64GB in one system? Why not just setup two servers with 32GB each... or like has been mentioned, simply buy a different board that can utilize all 64GB at once? I don't see how this could honestly be a dead end road. And if for some reason it is a dead end road, I'm curious what you will actually do with the RAM now...? I mean are you just gonna write it off as a loss for the project? Sell some of them, or all of them, and try and get some of the money back...? I mean something has to happen next...
